Can I Exchange?
Be Starck aims to satisfy every of our customers with their purchase. We ensure that all items have been quality-checked before sending them out. Of course, we want anything but our customers receiving anything less than that.
If you feel/find that your items are faulty, incorrect or not up to your satisfaction, feel free to take a snapshot of the defect/item and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately once the item is received. We will allow for an exchange on a case by case basis. Additional postage/shipping incurred will be reimbursed by us.
However, do note the following:
- There may be 0.5”-0.8” difference in our given measurements. In addition, colours may differ as a result of computer’s calibration. In such cases, the variance is not considered a defect.
- We strongly encourage our customers to opt for a postage service that allows parcel tracking.
- Exchange must be done within 10 working days from the day the parcel was delivered.
- Exchanges will only be done for item(s) in its original condition (i.e. tag intact, unaltered, unwashed and unworn). Items that do not meet all the conditions will not be entitled an exchange.
- We do not do exchanges if item does not fit. It is solely the customer’s responsibility to refer to the measurements stated.
- No cash refunds will be given to defect items unless the exact same piece is Out of Stock.
- Sale items are non-exchangeable.
